Cleaning and routine sanitation of the rooms
At each departure, the room and the bathroom are completely sanitized and aired for at least 60 minutes.

More frequent cleaning of air conditioning system
Both the inflow of external air and the frequency of cleaning the filters with the use of suitable disinfectant products have been maximized.

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff
Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff and masks will be available for guests on request. Guests will also find hand sanitizer gel dispensers at the entrance of the common areas (lobby and restaurant).

Frequent Cleaning and reorganization of common areas
All the common areas of the hotel are sanitized several times a day with specific products. Common areas (hall, business center, restaurant and terrace) have been reorganized and are monitored to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security.

Reorganization of the meeting and event spaces
The spaces and flows of entry and exit from the meeting and event areas have also been completely revised on the basis of the rules of social distancing: all meeting rooms have adapted their capacities and are available in different set-ups to meet any needs of our guests.

New service methods and food & beverage proposals
Breakfast is available with a served buffet from 07:00 to 10:00 am.
It is also available a room service, on request, or the chance to have a convenient breakfast box, communicating it at the reception at least 24 hours before the day you may need it. Our Chefs have created new proposals for lunch and dinner, favoring local products that follow the seasonality, with presentation and service methods that take into account all the safety criteria. All paper menus have been eliminated and replaced by an appropriate QR code at your table.

Staff training
All our staff has been trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards required by the safety protocol and the certification process.

Involvement of our suppliers-partners
Our suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.

Supervisory and certification committee
An internal Supervisory Committee has been set up to verify the various stages of protocol implementation, exercising control, monitoring and updating activities through the use of a certification process structured with our safety partners.

Temperature control
The hotel will be equipped with an infrared digital thermometer. Employees and guests before accessing the hotel, may be subjected to corporeal temperature control.

If this temperature is higher than 37.5 °, access will not be allowed. People in that condition will be temporarily isolated and equipped with masks, they will not have to go to the emergency room, but must contact their doctor as soon as possible and follow his instructions.

All employees will be trained to take their own temperature and also for colleagues and guests.

Once the body temperature measurement operations have been completed, the instrument will be stored in a suitable place.
